Motul is a global French company founded in 1853 producing high-performance lubricants for engines (including two-wheelers, cars, heavy duty vehicles and more...) and industry.
We strive to achieve outstanding performance and protection for our customers across over 160 countries. In 1971, we launched the very first 100% synthetic multigrade lubricant, integrating Ester Core technology, through our "flagship product": the Motul 300V. TYPE OF USE:
POWER SUV 5W30 is a high performance 100% synthetic lubricant designed for Gasoline orDiesel engines, naturally aspirated or turbocharged, indirect or direct injection.
The unique formula of POWER SUV provides better protection against engine wear and LSPI;enhanced valvetrain and chain wear protection; increased oxidation stability; better deposit control; enhanced corrosion and sludge protection.
Suitable for use in Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) equipped with GPF/DPF, requiring API SP and/or ACEA C3 grade lubricant. Perfect for urban or off-road usage.
PERFORMANCES:
* API SP lubricants provide outstanding oxidation resistance, better anti-deposits protection, better engine cleanliness, antiwear protection and enhanced performance at cold temperature for Fuel Economy savings during the whole oil life span.
* The ACEA C3 standard requests from the lubricant significant oil film resistance and low emission performance for powerful engines; both Gasoline and Diesel: MOTUL POWER SUV has synthetic base stocks and dedicated SAPS levels that generates outstanding oil film resistance, reduces friction in the engine and provides after treatment devices compatibility
TYPE OF USE:
100% Synthetic Fuel Economy engine oil specially formulated to provide ultimate level of power especially for recent gasoline engine designs. Suitable for turbocharged or naturally aspirated, direct or indirect injection, gasoline engines equipped with catalytic converters.
Suitable for all gasoline engines using leaded or unleaded gasoline, LPG, Autogas fuel. E85 fuel compatible.
PERFORMANCES:
The API SP, ILSAC GF-6 lubricant provides higher fuel economy, added protection against Low Speed Pre-ignition (LSPI) for downsized direct injection turbocharged gasoline engines, additional timing chain wear protection for engine durability, improved oxidation control and piston cleanliness, and protects vehicle emission system components.
TYPE OF USE:
High Performance 100% Synthetic - ESTER engine oil inspired from the competition and specially
designed for Gasoline or Diesel engines, tuned or high performance, naturally aspirated or
turbocharged, indirect or direct injection, and operating over a wide range of engine revs and
temperatures, in the most severe road or racing conditions.
Suitable for Gasoline engines requiring an API SP viscosity grade 5W-30 lubricant.
PERFORMANCES:
ESTER Technology: 100% Synthetic formula derived from competition and based on Ester ensuring
outstanding oil film resistance at very high temperatures for maximum engine power and torque, as well
as maximum wear protection. Stable oil pressure whatever the conditions of use, road or racing.
MOTUL 8100 POWER 5W-30 is particularly resistant to high temperatures to allow better control of oil
consumption and provide higher wear protection thanks to its excellent lubricating properties, while
providing increased engine response and fuel economy.
The optimized viscosity grade SAE 5W-30 allows faster oil flow at start up, faster oil pressure build-up,
sharper engine revs and faster engine warm-up.
TYPE OF USE:
High performance 100% synthetic lubricant approved by many car manufacturers.
Specially designed for last generation cars, powered by turbo Diesel direct injection or Gasoline engines, EURO IV or EURO V emission regulation compliant, requiring an ACEA C3 engine oil i.e. high HTHS (> 3.5 mPa.s) viscosity and "Mid SAPS" with reduced content of sulfated ash (≤ 0.8%), phosphorus (0.07 ≤ x ≤ 0.09%) and sulfur (≤ 0.3%). Compatible with catalytic converters and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). Compatible for catalytic converters.
PERFORMANCES:
• Engines compliant with EURO IV and EURO V emission regulation are fitted with sensitive exhaust gas after treatment systems. Indeed, Sulfur and Phosphorus inhibit catalytic converters operation leading to inefficient exhaust gas treatment; and Sulfated Ashes clog DPFs leading to shorten regenerating cycle, quick oil aging, higher fuel consumption and engine power loss.
• The ACEA C3 standard requests from the lubricant significant oil film resistance and low emission performance for powerful engines: MOTUL 8100 X-clean 5W-40 has synthetic base stocks and dedicated SAPS levels that generates outstanding oil film resistance, reduces friction in the engine and provides after treatment devices compatibility. MOTUL 8100 X-clean 5W-40 brings high lubricating properties such as wear protection and high temperature resistance for better controlled oil consumption. ACEA C3 lubricants achieve extended drain intervals managed by vehicles on-board computer.
Synthetic Technology - Technosynthese®
TYPE OF USE:
Technosynthese® lubricant specially designed for cars powered by diesel engines, including those fitted with EGR systems.
Suitable for use in larger engines such as Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV), light-duty trucks, vans and passenger cars requiring a 10W30 viscosity grade and API CI-4 engine oil.
PERFORMANCES:
MULTIPOWER D-TURBO provides high level of protection and prolongs the engine life. Thanks to its powerful soot handling performance to control oil thickening, preventing harmful deposit and wear. Outstanding anti-wear and anti-oxidation properties for a perfect engine condition. Good oil evaporation rate for lower oil consumption.
TYPE OF USE:
Technosynthese® lubricant specially designed for cars powered by diesel engines, including those fitted with EGR systems.
Suitable for use in larger engines such as Sports Utility Vehicles (SUV), light-duty trucks, vans and passenger cars requiring a 15W40 viscosity grade and API CI-4 engine oil.
PERFORMANCES:
MULTIPOWER D-TURBO provides high level of protection and prolongs the engine life. Thanks to its powerful soot handling performance to control oil thickening, preventing harmful deposit and wear.
